Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary
Logon Broadband Pvt Ltd, a rapidly expanding ISP company located in Clifton, Karachi, is seeking a highly competent Senior Accounts Executive to join its finance team. This full-time role is designed for a finance professional with over three years of relevant experience, ideally within the ISP sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the company’s financial planning, management, and strategic decision-making, directly influencing business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning:
You will develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s overall objectives. This includes leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts. Providing senior leadership with insightful, data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions will be a critical part of your role.

Financial Management & Compliance:
Managing daily financial operations such as accounting, reporting, and cash flow will be essential. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal financial policies. Additionally, you will oversee both internal and external audits to maintain transparency and regulatory adherence.

Reporting & Analysis:
Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports is a key responsibility. You will monitor project costing, profit and loss statements, and key performance indicators. Enhancing and implementing reporting tools to improve financial visibility and support decision-making processes will also fall under your purview.

Risk Management & Control:
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks is vital. You will develop and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and ensure operational integrity.

Leadership & Team Development:
Leading and mentoring the finance and accounts team to foster high performance and professional growth is expected. Collaboration with cross-functional departments to support overall business objectives will be part of your daily activities.

Treasury & Funds Management:
You will manage treasury functions including fund allocation, investment planning, and liquidity management. Supervising vendor payments to ensure timely and accurate disbursements is also required.

Payroll & General Accounting:
Overseeing payroll processing, employee benefits distribution, and ensuring compliance with salary regulations will be your responsibility. Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger accurately is essential.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in project costing, audit procedures, and profit and loss reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000. The position requires physical presence at the Karachi office.
