Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead a U.S.-focused cold calling campaign targeting medical professionals. This is a full-time, remote contract position requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST). The SDR will introduce our business funding and credit line services to medical practices, generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our U.S.-based sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemarketing and cold calling, a confident phone presence, and a results-driven mindset. Prior experience in financial services is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to medical practices across the United States, engaging doctors, practice owners, and clinic managers with professionalism and confidence.
- Clearly present and explain our business funding and credit line options, tailoring conversations to meet the needs of each prospect.
- Schedule appointments or perform live transfers to U.S.-based closers to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes on all interactions and update the CRM system daily to ensure data integrity.
- Report daily performance metrics, including the number of calls made, conversations held, and appointments booked, to track progress and optimize outreach efforts.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in cold calling, sales development, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- Excellent spoken English with professional phone etiquette, capable of engaging medical professionals effectively.
- Experience interacting with medical professionals is strongly preferred, ensuring familiarity with their communication style and needs.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Access to high-speed internet, reliable equipment, and a quiet workspace to maintain professionalism during calls.
- Availability to work during U.S. EST or PST business hours to align with the target market’s schedule.

This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000. The expected start date is June 23, 2025.
