Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads through various channels including outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events. You will engage with potential clients to understand their unique requirements and propose tailored digital solutions that align with their business goals. Presenting CreativeThumb’s comprehensive service offerings to both local and international clients will be a key part of your role.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients is essential to foster repeat business and client loyalty. You will also prepare detailed sales reports and consistently strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Collaboration with project and marketing teams is crucial to ensure smooth client onboarding and seamless project delivery, enhancing overall client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven sales experience, preferably within the IT, software, or digital services sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Urdu are essential to effectively engage with diverse clients. The ability to independently identify business opportunities and close deals is critical for success in this role.
A basic understanding of web technologies, mobile applications, or e-commerce platforms will be advantageous, enabling you to better grasp client needs and propose relevant solutions. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles and business acumen.
