This full-time, on-site position offers flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a smooth travel experience by efficiently managing ticketing and reservations while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for issuing tickets, managing reservations, and handling booking modifications with accuracy and timeliness. Providing excellent customer support is essential, including responding to inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues promptly. The role requires precise fare calculation, including taxes and fees, to ensure correct pricing for customers.

Handling payment transactions securely and efficiently is a critical part of the job. The officer will also create and update travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. Verification and management of essential travel documents such as passports and visas are necessary to comply with travel regulations.

Effective communication with customers is vital to keep them informed about flight schedules, changes, or cancellations, minimizing inconvenience. Required Qualifications
