Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team in the Multan region, focusing on the paint and coatings industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing dealer networks and driving channel sales, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving regional growth. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a strategic sales leader with excellent relationship-building abilities and deep industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets within the paint sector. Managing and growing the dealer network is a critical part of the role, ensuring robust partnerships and efficient channel sales management. The ASM will continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Collaboration is essential, as the ASM will work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Regular reporting of sales performance and forecasting to senior management will be expected. Additionally, the ASM will provide training and support to sales staff and dealers, enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills. Ensuring all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations is also a key responsibility.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have between 8 to 10 years of proven experience in the paint industry, specifically in sales and dealer network management. A strong track record in channel sales and managing regional sales operations is essential. The role demands excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and nurture dealer relationships.
