BIM Trainer

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced BIM Trainer to join our team on a full-time contract basis, working remotely. This role is ideal for professionals based in India or Pakistan who have a strong passion for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a commitment to sharing their knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs tailored to Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry professionals. The focus will be on BIM tools and workflows, including Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360, enabling learners to enhance their skills and effectively apply BIM in practical project scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on BIM software and workflows, targeting AEC professionals at various skill levels.
- Develop clear, engaging training content, including instructional materials, user guides, and practical exercises.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure training remains current and relevant.
- Collaborate with corporate clients to design customized training modules that address their specific needs and challenges.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to learners after training sessions to reinforce knowledge retention and application.
- Work closely with BIM Managers and Project Leads to integrate real-world project elements into training programs, enhancing practical understanding.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with BIM within the AEC industry.
- Strong proficiency in key BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360; familiarity with additional BIM tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex BIM concepts clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or training roles is highly preferred.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable home workstation setup to deliver remote training sessions seamlessly.
- Candidates must be located in India or Pakistan to be eligible for this role.
