Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin and Purchase Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing tenant relations, ensuring timely lease renewals and payment collections. This position also involves overseeing various administrative and procurement functions essential to maintaining the security and smooth operation of our Industrial Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to support the facility’s overall administration and operational needs. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a hands-on approach and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all tenant interactions, focusing on ensuring that lease renewals are processed promptly and payments are collected on time to maintain steady cash flow.
- Oversee the administrative aspects related to the security and general management of the Industrial Park, ensuring compliance with policies and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management, to fulfill the operational requirements of the park efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve any issues that may affect park operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation concerning tenant agreements, lease contracts, and purchase transactions to support transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration and procurement roles, demonstrating a strong track record of managing similar responsibilities.
- Age between 35 and 45 years.
- Proven experience in public dealing, tenant management, and handling multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience working within the administration department of an industrial unit or similar environment is highly desirable, as it will provide relevant context and understanding of the role’s demands.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 90,000 to Rs 110,000.
- The role requires physical presence on-site at the Industrial Park, providing an opportunity to engage directly with tenants and operational teams.
