Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and adaptable candidates to join our STR project team in a fast-paced support environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to guests through chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Assist guests with various administrative tasks and account-related questions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve guest concerns efficiently, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Uphold professionalism and accuracy in all written and verbal communications, ensuring consistency and clarity.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with fluency in a neutral accent to ensure clear communication.
- Excellent grammar skills and the ability to write error-free messages.
- Good typing speed and a quick aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, adapting to varying schedules as required by the project.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- At least one year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with customer support environments.
- Fluency in English with an American accent is considered an advantage.
