ACCA Trainee Accountant

Job Summary
Located in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, this internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting within a well-established firm specializing in accounting resource technology and management. The company supports a network of over 120 certified chartered accountants (CPA and ACCA) delivering services across the UK, Canada, and the US. This internship is tailored for ACCA affiliates or part-qualified candidates who are eager to enhance their skills in a professional setting. The program spans three months, operating Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and offers a monthly stipend of PKR 37,000. There is a potential pathway for successful interns to secure a permanent role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain financial data in the accounting system to ensure records are up to date.
- Assist in processing invoices and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments to support cash flow management.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly and investigate any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Identify and promptly report any irregularities or unusual transactions to maintain financial integrity.
- Provide support to the Finance team by assisting with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA Affiliate or Part Qualified status is essential.
- A minimum of three months of relevant experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with the right aptitude are encouraged to apply.
