Job Summary
IT Consulting and Services (ITCS) is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our human resources team. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in various HR functions within a fast-paced IT environment. The successful candidate will support the HR team in managing employee data, assisting with recruitment activities, and contributing to employee relations initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Responding to employee inquiries about benefits, such as remaining vacation days, will also be part of your role, helping to maintain clear communication between staff and HR.
Another important task will be reviewing and distributing company policies in both digital and printed formats to ensure employees are informed of organizational guidelines. You will also assist in organizing company events and career days, which are crucial for employee engagement and recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. A basic understanding of labor legislation is necessary to navigate HR compliance effectively. Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and resume databases is expected to efficiently manage recruitment and employee data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required to handle documentation and reporting tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to maintain accurate records and manage multiple responsibilities. An understanding of the full recruitment cycle will help you contribute effectively to hiring activities.
