Accounts Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team at our Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi office. Key Responsibilities
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining daily bookkeeping and accounting operations using QuickBooks. This includes recording journal entries and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger. You will manage accounts payable and receivable processes, prepare bank reconciliations, and compile monthly financial reports to support management decision-making.

Additionally, the role involves assisting with tax filings and compliance documentation, supporting internal audits, and conducting financial data analysis to identify trends or discrepancies. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting are critical to this position. Effective communication in English, both written and verbal, with internal departments and external parties is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience is required, with proven proficiency in QuickBooks (either Online or Desktop versions). A strong understanding of accounting principles and solid skills in Microsoft Excel are essential to perform daily tasks efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory, as the role requires clear interaction across various teams and external contacts. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are critical to managing multiple responsibilities accurately.
