This role is crucial in driving business growth by acquiring new B2B clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales efforts to consistently exceed established targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new B2B clients while nurturing and expanding current account relationships. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships is essential, requiring a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth sales execution and onboarding processes. Additionally, you will prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management, providing valuable data to inform strategic decisions.
Managing client escalations proactively and resolving issues promptly will be part of your responsibilities to maintain high client satisfaction. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities is also critical to identify new growth opportunities and keep the company competitive.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales is required, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with excellent communication and decision-making abilities. The role demands leadership qualities, including the capability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Candidates must also be able to work efficiently under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and performance.
