Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer Trainee, you will actively participate in a comprehensive training program that covers essential aspects of graphic design, including branding, social media design, and motion banners. You will attend six expert-led design sessions aimed at enhancing your practical skills and understanding of design principles. Throughout the training, you will work on diverse projects that provide real-world experience and allow you to apply your knowledge effectively. A strong focus will be placed on improving your proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with the team during office hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, to ensure continuous learning and contribution.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for degrees in design or related fields. A solid foundational knowledge of graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, is essential. Practical experience with these applications will be highly valued. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a willingness to fully commit to the training schedule and actively engage in the learning process to maximize skill development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role is based onsite at our office in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, providing an immersive learning environment. During the training period, trainees will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs15,000 to Rs20,000 to support their passion and dedication. The training program is divided into three intensive modules, each designed to build expertise in critical areas of graphic design. Upon successful completion of the three-month training, trainees are guaranteed an opportunity to secure a full-time position within the company, offering a clear career path and professional growth.
