Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls promptly and maintaining a professional tone at all times. Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service to all clients is essential. The role involves providing accurate fare quotations and allocating bookings to drivers by considering scheduling and driver locations. Handling customer complaints effectively and resolving issues in a timely manner is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, the CSR will address queries from customers, drivers, and dispatch teams to ensure clear and effective communication across all parties.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally have experience using AUTOCAB software, which is preferred but not mandatory. Professional telephone etiquette and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential. Exceptional customer service skills, combined with strong planning, organizational, and written communication abilities, are required. The ability to interact confidently with personnel at various levels within the company is important. Candidates must demonstrate the capacity to plan ahead and work efficiently under pressure. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, is necessary. Proficiency in British English is preferred to effectively communicate with UK clients. The role requires willingness to work both day and night shifts, with a minimum of 9 hours per shift. A self-motivated attitude, along with a courteous and flexible work ethic, will help the candidate thrive in this position.
