Job Summary
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join an in-house international campaign. This full-time role primarily involves reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to present and promote the company’s products and services. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable engaging with prospects, and have a strong drive to exceed business objectives. The position requires working night shifts, and female employees will benefit from provided transportation with a drop-off service for added safety and convenience. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and occasional in-person visits to effectively promote Mars BPO’s products and services.
- Utilize marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques to engage customers and build interest in the offerings.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the company’s internal systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Maintain a self-driven, results-oriented approach to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly bonus incentive programs designed to maximize earning potential.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills to confidently interact with international customers.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and campaign requirements.
- Energetic and persuasive personality with a clear focus on achieving targets.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
