SolutionInn is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support and enhance our overall marketing strategy and operations. This role involves planning, executing, and managing diverse PPC campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights that influence key business decisions. This position is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, contribute to brand growth, organize marketing data, and support strategic initiatives that drive the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The goal is to attract website visitors and convert them into active users. Regular content posting and management across social media channels—including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, Quora, and Telegram—will be essential to grow the audience and maintain engagement.

Setting up and monitoring ads using Meta Ads Manager (for Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager will be a core task. This includes selecting target audiences, managing budgets, and tracking ad performance to optimize results. Staying updated on current social media trends such as Reels, viral videos, and trending audio will help enhance both organic reach and paid ad effectiveness.

You will also manage content sharing and advertising on YouTube, ensuring compliance with music and content guidelines. Assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing emails tailored to various user segments based on their interests and buying cycle stage will be part of your role.

Promoting special offers like promo codes, discounts, and free trials through emails, social media, and paid ads will help attract new users. Developing visually appealing content—including images, short videos, stories, and posts—that align with the brand’s style and messaging is expected.

Using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, you will evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. Supporting the optimization of landing pages and implementing compelling calls to action (CTAs) to increase conversion rates will also be part of your responsibilities.

Maintaining a content and campaign calendar aligned with holidays, events, and promotions is crucial. Conducting competitor research to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation will help keep our marketing efforts competitive. Lastly, engaging with online communities, influencers, and fans to build brand awareness and strengthen audience relationships will be an ongoing priority.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. We welcome fresh graduates as well as individuals with up to one year of digital marketing experience. Experience managing social media platforms and a strong understanding of audience engagement are essential.

You must be able to stay current with social media trends, tools, and applications. Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail are required. Proficiency in data collection and management tools is important, and familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Webmaster tools is a plus.
