WordPress Developer (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team based in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring they perform optimally and deliver a seamless, responsive user experience. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring availability for night shifts from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M., Monday through Friday, with a half-day on Saturday. The position demands strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and effective communication to contribute to innovative web solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites in alignment with project requirements and specifications.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to enhance site functionality and improve user experience.
- Optimize website performance, promptly identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure all websites are fully responsive and function flawlessly across various devices and browsers.
- Work closely with team members to implement new features and innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilize Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to build and enhance complex, dynamic website functionalities.
- Manage WooCommerce stores, including setup, configuration, ongoing management, and optimization to support seamless e-commerce operations.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in WordPress development, specifically in theme and plugin customization.
- Hands-on expertise in WooCommerce setup, management, and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and basic JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for creating dynamic content and advanced site features.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on optimizing website speed and performance.
- Commitment to delivering fully responsive designs that provide a consistent user experience across devices.
- Strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently within a team environment.

Job Details
- Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (on-site).
- Shift Timings: Night shift from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M., Monday to Friday, with a half-day on Saturday.

- Salary: Starting from Rs40,000 per month.
