Job Summary
Located in Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road, Lahore, this paid internship offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates to develop practical skills in IT infrastructure. Interns will engage in system maintenance, network management, and cybersecurity tasks, gaining exposure to real-world IT operations within a professional setting. Key Responsibilities
Interns will assist with various IT support functions, including both hardware and software tasks. This includes performing virus scans and routine system maintenance to ensure optimal PC performance. They will learn to maintain data integrity by adhering to established company processes and procedures. Supporting the IT team in managing Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems is a key part of the role, providing exposure to storage configuration and management.

Additionally, interns will gain hands-on experience with the setup, deployment, and basic management of Virtual Machines, expanding their understanding of virtualization technologies. Troubleshooting hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, and network devices will also be part of daily responsibilities. Interns will participate in documenting system configurations and updating logs, which supports internal auditing and compliance efforts.

Under supervision, interns will learn and apply fundamental security protocols, ensuring adherence to IT policies and contributing to the organization’s cybersecurity posture. This role offers a comprehensive introduction to IT infrastructure operations in a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A strong interest in IT system administration and cybersecurity is essential. Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software components is required, along with a willingness to learn and solve technical problems through a hands-on approach.

Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately are important for success in this role. Since the internship requires physical presence, candidates must reside in Lahore or be able to commute to the Tajpura office for the duration of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with antivirus tools, operating system troubleshooting, or virtual machine environments will be considered an advantage. This internship is a full-time commitment and offers a monthly stipend ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs30,000.
