Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, and staying updated on market trends to drive growth. This position requires proactive outreach through multiple communication channels, including email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. The role is based in Karachi, with a preference for candidates who can reliably commute or relocate to Korangi for on-site work. A commitment to achieving and exceeding individual revenue targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business prospects while maintaining and managing relationships with existing clients. You will be expected to stay well-informed about the latest industry developments and market trends to better understand and anticipate client needs. Proactive outreach is a key part of the role, involving communication via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to engage potential clients and foster long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing creative strategies and ideas to effectively meet client requirements and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. Meeting and surpassing individual revenue targets will be a critical measure of success in this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in business development or a closely related field. This experience should demonstrate your ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Since this is an on-site position, applicants must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Korangi, Karachi. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in a similar business development role will be given preference. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
