Technical Store Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead and manage our technical store team responsible for machinery spare parts. This role requires close coordination with various factory departments to understand their spare parts needs and ensure timely issuance. The successful candidate will oversee procurement activities, focusing on acquiring high-quality parts at competitive prices. Strong decision-making skills are essential to validate requisitions and maintain optimal inventory levels. This position plays a critical role in supporting smooth factory operations through effective spare parts management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical store team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the stock of machinery spare parts.
- Liaise with all factory departments to gather and understand their spare parts requirements.
- Issue spare parts promptly based on validated requisitions, ensuring no delays in production.
- Procure machine spare parts by negotiating with suppliers to secure the best quality at competitive prices.
- Evaluate and verify the authenticity and necessity of requisitions before approving issuance.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to avoid shortages or excess stock.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: Intermediate (Inter) level.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the technical or mechanical domain.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid technical knowledge of machinery and their spare parts.
- Proven skills in team management and time management to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for inventory tracking and procurement management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time position requiring physical presence at the workplace.
- Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, covering 12-hour shifts.
- The work location is in North Karachi, Gabol Town.
- Monthly salary ranges between Rs. 45,000 and Rs. 55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
