This role will lead the delivery of critical projects centered on DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD initiatives, acting as the vital bridge between agile delivery teams and technical execution. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience managing complex technical projects within modern software delivery pipelines and possess a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating all key ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, while proactively identifying and removing impediments.
- Lead full project lifecycles for DevOps, CI/CD, and DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and technical strategies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, security, QA, and product teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, identify risks and dependencies, and provide transparent, regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies across teams.
- Ensure technical requirements, architectural considerations, and security best practices are thoroughly captured and implemented throughout projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics to assess team performance and project health, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and stakeholder expectations with clarity and professionalism.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability that promotes Agile and DevOps principles within delivery teams.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within DevOps, CI/CD, or DevSecOps environments.
- Certified Scrum Master credentials (CSM, PSM) and/or Agile Project Management certifications such as PMI-ACP or SAFe.
- Strong knowledge of test-driven development and modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Proven leadership with a delivery-focused mindset, taking ownership of outcomes and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments, particularly AWS, and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
- Solid understanding of information security, compliance requirements, and integrating security into DevOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.
