Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support professional to join our team for the night shift at our on-site location in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
The IT Support professional will be responsible for promptly addressing IT support requests from employees, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. You will respond to inquiries related to computer systems, offering clear and helpful guidance to users. Diagnosing and troubleshooting system problems by gathering and analyzing relevant data is a crucial part of this role.

You will also be tasked with modifying system configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve technical issues. During the onboarding process, generating sign-ins and access credentials for new hires will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will install new software and hardware drivers, as well as update existing ones to maintain system integrity.

Keeping employees informed about the progress and status of their service requests is essential to maintain transparency and trust. Accurate logging and updating of all service tickets will ensure proper tracking and timely resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant IT support experience. The ability to work the night shift, specifically from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am, is mandatory. Applicants should have a reliable means of commuting to the Karachi office or be willing to relocate prior to starting work.

Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently are essential for success in this role. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and resolving issues without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 35,000 to PKR 50,000, which includes a basic salary plus an attendance allowance. The workweek consists of five days, with Saturdays and Sundays off, providing a healthy work-life balance.
