Job Summary
Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Sales Specialist with a strong background in design and development sales to join and lead our dynamic sales team. This role primarily involves front-end selling and upselling within IT, web, and design-related services. The position is based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The salary ranges from PKR 100,000 to 140,000 per month, depending on skills and experience, with sales targets set between $4,000 and $7,000. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive environment for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed sales targets is a core responsibility. You will lead front-end sales initiatives specifically focused on IT, web, and design services, ensuring a strong presence in these markets. Engaging with and converting leads generated from platforms such as Bark.com and Discord will be essential to expanding the client base.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and professional communication is critical to this role. You will identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and maximize revenue streams. Additionally, analyzing sales data and preparing insightful reports for senior management will help drive informed business decisions.

As a leader, you will train, mentor, and support sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in IT or design sales, backed by a proven track record of success. Strong expertise in front-end sales and upselling strategies is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to effectively engage clients and close deals.

Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals is a must. The role requires willingness and ability to work night shifts, aligning with the specified working hours. Leadership skills are important, as you will be responsible for motivating and guiding the sales team towards achieving collective goals.
