Sales Support Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee regional reporting and support the implementation and training of our sales team on the NewsPage platform. This role requires daily monitoring and reporting of critical metrics, alongside investigating and resolving issues related to pricing, taxation, discounts, and product batch details. The successful candidate will work closely with sales and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver comprehensive regional daily reports that include Month-to-Date (MTD) performance metrics, inventory status updates, customer information, and progress on onboarding or offboarding databases within the NewsPage system. You will lead the rollout of the NewsPage platform, conducting thorough training sessions for both sales and KPO teams to ensure they can effectively utilize the system.

A significant part of the role involves investigating and reporting on various issues encountered in NewsPage. These include discrepancies such as new pricing applied to old stock, taxable price calculations, tax computations, extra discount calculations, and batch expiry date validations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to quickly identify and resolve system or process challenges, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in regional reporting and data management, with a strong grasp of sales processes and inventory management. A solid understanding of pricing structures, tax regulations, and discount calculations is essential. The role demands excellent communication skills to conduct training sessions and liaise effectively with sales and support teams.

Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills are critical for success. Proficiency in using reporting tools and software platforms similar to NewsPage is also required to manage and interpret data efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in a sales support or KPO environment will be considered an advantage. The role requires the ability to work in-person at the designated work location. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000, along with full-time employment and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
