Job Summary
JU Associates and Pavilion Design Consultant are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Outbound Call Center Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospects and leads, introducing and promoting the company’s services with professionalism and clarity. You will generate interest in our offerings and arrange meetings or follow-ups for the sales and project teams to further nurture potential business. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls and conversations using internal tracking tools is essential to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
You will also be expected to handle customer questions and objections effectively, using your problem-solving skills to facilitate lead conversion. Meeting daily and weekly calling targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs), is critical to the success of this role. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is necessary to develop and implement strategies that maximize lead conversion rates. Throughout all interactions, maintaining a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor is paramount to representing the company’s values and fostering strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum education level of Intermediate or a Bachelor’s degree. Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with excellent listening abilities to understand client needs and respond appropriately. The role requires a self-motivated, confident individual with a result-oriented mindset who can work independently while contributing to team goals. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections calmly and effectively are also important.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs65,000 per month, complemented by performance-based bonuses that reward your achievements.
