We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team full-time. This role is essential in growing our client base by identifying potential dealership clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure dealerships are fully informed about the valuable co-op funds available to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients within the automotive dealership industry.
- Engage prospects through multiple outreach channels, including email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
- Qualify leads by gathering pertinent information to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects to facilitate business growth.
- Maintain accurate and current records of all sales activities within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine sales approaches and tactics.
- Contact a minimum of 150 prospects daily to generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales development role with a strong track record of successful lead generation and qualification.
- Native American or British English accent with excellent spoken English skills; candidates with a Pakistani accent will not be considered.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to effectively identify and evaluate potential clients.
- Access to a reliable power supply and high-speed internet, which are essential for remote work.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to accurately track and manage sales activities.
- Availability to work during US business hours to align with client needs and team collaboration.
