Key Responsibilities
You will primarily engage with customers via telephone, addressing their product requirements and resolving queries related to products, accounts, and bookings. A key focus will be achieving first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction consistently. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction is essential to this role.
Keeping your product knowledge current and comprehensive is critical. You will be expected to regularly update your understanding of the company’s offerings and achieve high scores in product knowledge assessments to communicate accurately and effectively with customers.
Sales upgrades form an important part of your responsibilities. You will apply strategic sales techniques to convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities, thereby increasing revenue and enhancing customer value.
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers is vital to encourage repeat business and sustained satisfaction. Maintaining a strong rate of repeat customers will be a key performance indicator.
Collaboration with the UK team is necessary to ensure synchronization of customer interaction data. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all customer engagements, supporting seamless communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs. Strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset are essential.
Flexibility in managing and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) is required, alongside a positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
A minimum of two years’ experience in international sales is mandatory, reflecting your capability to handle global customer interactions and sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The role involves variable afternoon shifts within a 9-hour window, typically between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM, with alternate weekends off, offering some flexibility in work hours.
Eminent4U Private Limited offers a competitive salary package of up to PKR 180,000 per month, structured on a tier-based model that includes incentives. Additional compensation comes through commissions, KPI-based rewards, annual bonuses, anniversary bonuses, and other fringe benefits.
