Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary
Fairways Logistics is seeking confident and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to join our night shift team at our DHA Phase 6 office in Lahore. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing customer relationships while actively promoting our logistics services to clients primarily based in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction during night hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on logistics and freight services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage with both potential and existing clients, ensuring a professional and persuasive communication style.
- Effectively promote Fairways Logistics’ transportation and freight solutions tailored to meet diverse customer needs.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements to recommend customized logistics services that align with their business goals.
- Consistently meet or surpass individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and prospects via phone calls and emails to convert opportunities into sales.
- Accurately record and maintain customer data within CRM systems to ensure up-to-date and organized client information.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and customer service teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Uphold professionalism and a customer-first approach in all interactions, fostering long-term client loyalty.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles, ideally with exposure to the US and Canadian markets.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Confidence and skill in phone-based sales, including handling objections effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or lead tracking software.
- Availability and willingness to work full-time night shifts at the DHA Phase 6 location.
