Product Development & Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Coordination Specialist to facilitate the smooth transition of new products from development through to market launch. This role requires close partnership with cross-functional teams including product development, compliance, production, suppliers, and marketing. The successful candidate will ensure products meet quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and are delivered on schedule. A proactive approach to managing timelines, resolving challenges, and fostering strong internal and external relationships is essential.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Coordination Specialist will serve as a critical liaison between product development and other departments to guarantee a seamless handover of new products. You will oversee the progress of product development, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Collaboration with the compliance team is vital to detect and address legal and regulatory challenges, ensuring all products meet necessary standards.

You will work closely with the production team to coordinate the timely delivery of fabrics and accessories needed for initial orders. Monitoring production schedules and proactively managing any delays or concerns will be key to maintaining on-time delivery. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of order requirements, while building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support a reliable supply chain.

Partnering with graphics and media teams, you will assist in developing product launch materials such as images and videos. It will be your responsibility to ensure all marketing assets comply with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in product coordination, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as this role involves managing communication across multiple departments. A solid understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements relevant to product development is required.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, combined with a keen attention to detail, are necessary to manage timelines effectively and juggle multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills are important for building and sustaining relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Experience coordinating with creative teams to develop marketing assets is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable, as is familiarity with fabric and accessory sourcing processes. Exposure to graphic design or media production workflows will be considered an advantage.
