Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads using platforms including LinkedIn, Google, CRM systems, and other relevant databases. Proactive outbound prospecting will be essential, involving cold calls, personalized emails, and social media interactions to generate qualified leads. Once leads are identified, you will qualify them based on predefined criteria and seamlessly hand them over to the sales team for further engagement.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions within the CRM system is critical to ensure transparency and efficiency. You will work closely with both marketing and sales teams to continuously refine and optimize lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Additionally, tracking and reporting on key lead generation metrics such as conversion rates and response rates will be part of your routine to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments will help you maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or business development roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively engage prospects and collaborate with internal teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with lead generation software, is required to manage and track leads efficiently. The ability to work independently, demonstrate strong initiative, and consistently meet or exceed targets is crucial.
Experience in industries like B2B SaaS, real estate, or related sectors will be considered an advantage. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple leads and maintain data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with advanced lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with email automation tools like Mailchimp or Outreach.io will be a plus.
