Data Entry Officer

Job Summary
ABS International is seeking a detail-oriented Call Center Data Entry Specialist to join our evening shift team in Karachi. This on-site position is based at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulistan-e-Johar offices and offers an excellent opportunity to build or advance your career in data management within a stable and performance-driven company. The role demands strong English communication skills and a keen eye for accuracy to efficiently handle critical data operations. Working hours are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The compensation package includes a monthly salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to 30,000, along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks related to call center operations with speed and accuracy.
- Verify the integrity of data, identify and correct discrepancies, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize assignments and meet real-time deadlines.
- Adhere to data security protocols and comply with all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Organize, update, and manage datasets using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in call center data entry or a closely related role.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for accurate documentation and customer service support.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Educational qualification of Matriculation or Intermediate is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must be available to work the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, six days a week (Monday through Saturday).
