Job Summary
ABS International is seeking a driven and results-oriented International Business Development Executive to spearhead B2B sales efforts targeting North American and European markets. This full-time, permanent position is based on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, and offers flexible evening shifts to accommodate diverse schedules. The role features a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, supplemented by uncapped commissions and daily incentives. Successful candidates can expect on-target earnings between PKR 150,000 and 250,000 monthly. The workweek runs Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off, and shift options are available from 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT.
Key Responsibilities
The core responsibility of this role is to generate and close international B2B sales. Candidates will be expected to make over 50 outbound calls weekly to potential clients across North America and Europe, focusing on lead generation and nurturing long-term relationships. Closing sales deals with an average transaction value exceeding $5,000 is essential to meet revenue targets. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline is critical; candidates must keep a pipeline at least three times their monthly sales quota using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Consistently exceeding monthly sales targets is a key performance indicator, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in international B2B sales or within business process outsourcing (BPO) environments. A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas is mandatory. Native-level fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with global clients and navigate complex sales discussions. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during evening shifts from Monday to Saturday, aligning with the company’s operational hours.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Pipedrive is highly desirable, as these tools are integral to managing sales pipelines and client interactions.
