Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives / Product Specialists to join our Sales Development team, focusing on construction chemical products. This role is based in Lahore or Islamabad and involves promoting and selling specialized construction chemicals to a wide range of clients, including contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, and distributors. The ideal candidates will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this position requires a dynamic individual who can consistently meet sales targets while staying well-informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell construction chemical products to a diverse client base, including contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, and distributors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory and converting leads into successful sales. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers is essential to ensure repeat business and foster partnerships.
You will conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations for clients and technical teams, showcasing the benefits and applications of our products. Providing both pre- and post-sales technical support is a critical part of the role, helping to resolve any product-related inquiries efficiently.
Achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets is a key performance metric. You will also monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities. Ensuring timely collection of payments and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment is part of your responsibilities.
Staying updated on product knowledge, applications, and industry standards is vital to maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, you will prepare and submit regular sales reports and provide market feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction chemicals or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. The ability to conduct technical presentations and demonstrations is essential.
A results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required. Candidates must have a good understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory is mandatory to cover client visits and field activities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with construction industry standards and product applications will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to PKR 75,000.
