Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer – Expert to join our technical team located in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This full-time role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and servicing of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical wiring. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to safety protocols. This position requires working six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, reporting directly to the Technical Supervisor or Project Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
The Solar Installer will be responsible for the complete installation of solar photovoltaic systems, which includes mounting structures, panels, inverters, and batteries. You will need to accurately read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and electrical schematics to ensure precise execution. On-site measurements and preparation of rooftops or ground areas for system installation are essential tasks.

In addition to installation, you will perform electrical wiring, connections, and commissioning of solar energy systems. Testing the installed systems to verify efficiency, safety, and optimal performance is a critical part of the role. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as conducting regular maintenance and repairs on existing solar installations, will also be required.

Strict adherence to all safety standards and company policies during installation and servicing is mandatory. Collaboration with engineering and operations teams is necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition is expected at all times.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics (DAE) or an equivalent technical qualification. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of practical experience in solar system installation is essential. Proficiency in installing on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems is required.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of solar panel alignment, inverter configuration, and relevant safety procedures. Physical fitness and comfort working at heights and in outdoor environments are necessary due to the nature of the job. A basic understanding of electrical wiring, tools, and measuring instruments is also important.

Strong attention to detail and a dedicated approach to safety compliance are critical attributes for success in this role. Candidates must be based in or willing to work from DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

Compensation and Work Environment
This is an in-person, full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing a structured and consistent routine. You will be part of a supportive technical and operations department that values precision, safety, and teamwork.
