Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Business Development team as Business Development Executives. This full-time, office-based position is located in China Chowk, Lahore, offering an excellent opportunity to launch a career in sales, client relationship management, and financial services. The role involves working closely with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), blending marketing, sales, and financial consulting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads through both online and offline channels. You will conduct telemarketing campaigns to identify and engage potential clients, followed by scheduling and participating in in-house meetings to present our services. A key part of your role will be pitching our offerings and assisting clients with account opening procedures for PSX and PMEX.
You will also provide ongoing financial services and guidance tailored to clients’ investments in commodities. Maintaining a detailed and organized database of leads, follow-ups, and client communications is essential. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless service delivery for clients.
Required Qualifications
We prefer fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a confident, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset. While a basic understanding of financial markets is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is important. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM tools will support your daily tasks and client management activities.
