Job Summary
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a well-established client in the HVAC industry based in Karachi. This full-time role involves working closely with a dynamic marketing and sales team focused on HVAC products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and a proven track record in driving sales while building long-term client relationships. The role demands dedication, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering customized solutions that meet diverse customer needs. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads through various channels to expand the customer base. You will conduct client meetings to understand their HVAC requirements and provide expert consultation tailored to their needs. Offering technical support and detailed product information will be essential to assist clients in making informed decisions.
You will prepare customized proposals and competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales agreements. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Providing after-sales support by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly will help maintain customer satisfaction.
Building and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with clients is vital to encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to management. Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and new product innovations will enable you to offer the best solutions to customers.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field. A proven sales experience of 3 to 5 years, preferably within the HVAC sector, is essential. The role requires a solid background in both B2B and B2C sales, with exposure to commercial and residential markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are mandatory. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000, inclusive of a transport allowance. The company provides complimentary daily lunch to employees and supplies a company mobile SIM with a monthly package to support work-related communication.
