Job Summary
Softnox Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team with a focus on driving sales through Upwork. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients on Upwork, conducting sales calls, and converting leads into paying customers. Your ability to communicate persuasively and understand our service offerings will be key to closing deals and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
You will proactively identify and reach out to potential clients on Upwork, initiating conversations that uncover their business needs. Conducting sales calls will be a core part of your role, where you will present customized solutions that align with client requirements. Closing deals efficiently while maintaining a professional and consultative approach is essential. You will also follow up with leads to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets, typically ranging from $5,000 to $8,000, will be a critical measure of your success.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in sales, ideally within a digital or technology-driven environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with Upwork or similar freelance platforms is highly desirable, as this will enable you to navigate the platform confidently and maximize client acquisition. The role requires the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently during the assigned hours of 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. A results-oriented mindset focused on achieving and surpassing sales goals is crucial.
