Junior Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Junior Full-Stack Developers to join our agile, mission-driven tech pod remotely, with a preference for candidates based in South Asia. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices. Participation in code reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes is essential. You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects promptly to ensure smooth product functionality.

Engagement in agile workflows such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives will be a regular part of your responsibilities to deliver high-quality features on schedule. You will also learn and apply modern web development frameworks and tools to enhance product capabilities. Effective communication within a remote, asynchronous team environment across multiple time zones is critical to success in this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a basic understanding of full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies. Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to web development is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, are key attributes.
