Snow Collar, a UK-based recruitment agency renowned for connecting exceptional talent with leading businesses across the UK, is expanding its remote team and seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant based in Lahore. This role demands managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for UK clients, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in UK recruitment, demonstrate strong communication skills with both clients and candidates, and work independently while aligning their schedule with UK time zones.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for UK-based clients. This includes sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and CV databases to identify and attract the best talent. You will conduct pre-screening interviews, shortlist candidates according to client specifications, and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and UK clients. Maintaining accurate candidate pipelines and CRM records is essential to ensure smooth recruitment workflows. Additionally, you will be expected to consistently meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience specifically in UK recruitment, demonstrating a solid understanding of UK job platforms and hiring procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients and candidates. The ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and align working hours with UK time zones is essential. A goal-oriented and proactive mindset, coupled with strong organizational skills, will enable you to manage recruitment tasks effectively and deliver results.
