Key Responsibilities
The Sales Coach will be responsible for monitoring both live and recorded sales calls to assess agent performance accurately. Providing immediate feedback during calls or conducting scheduled coaching sessions will be essential to support skill enhancement. Identifying individual performance gaps and creating tailored improvement plans will help agents reach their full potential. The role also involves delivering focused training on objection handling, product knowledge, rapport development, and closing techniques.
Tracking and reporting progress at individual and team levels will be necessary to evaluate the impact of coaching efforts. Collaboration with management is crucial to ensure coaching strategies align with broader business goals. Additionally, the Sales Coach will recommend process improvements and identify further training needs based on insights gained from call reviews. Fostering a positive, high-performance sales culture that motivates and engages the team is a key aspect of this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills, enabling them to provide clear, actionable, and motivational feedback. Proven experience in sales coaching, sales training, or sales management is essential. A strong understanding of sales techniques and customer interaction strategies is required to effectively guide the team. Excellent analytical skills are necessary to assess call quality and agent performance accurately.
Familiarity with live call listening, call monitoring tools, and CRM systems is important for day-to-day responsibilities. The ability to engage and inspire sales agents through strong interpersonal and influencing skills is also critical for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Applicants with at least two years of relevant experience in a similar sales coaching or training role will be preferred. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of PKR 150,000. Work hours include variable afternoon shifts, with any 9-hour shift scheduled between 1:00 PM and 1:00 AM, and alternate weekends off, supporting a balanced work-life routine.
This role is based at our office in PECHS, Block-6, Karachi, and is a full-time, permanent position requiring in-person attendance.
