Job Summary
Future Setters, a leading overseas employment and travel consultancy, is looking for a skilled and motivated Travel Agency Manager to lead and manage our travel operations and team. The successful candidate will oversee daily agency functions, develop compelling tour packages, and ensure outstanding service delivery to both corporate and individual clients. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive sales growth, nurture client relationships, and maintain strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Key Responsibilities
The Travel Agency Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This includes designing and promoting a diverse range of travel products such as tour packages, airline tickets, Umrah services, and visa facilitation.
Supervising, training, and mentoring travel consultants and sales staff is a critical part of this role, aimed at enhancing team performance and maintaining high service standards. The manager will also handle corporate and individual client accounts, ensuring all travel needs are met professionally and promptly.
Delivering excellent customer service is essential, with a focus on addressing and resolving travel-related issues quickly and effectively. The manager will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to expand and improve service offerings.
Consistently achieving sales targets and providing regular performance reports to senior management will be key performance indicators for this position.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a Travel Manager or in a similar leadership role within the travel industry. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with travel booking systems such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus are essential.
Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively are required. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills are also necessary to engage clients and drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with visa application processes and Umrah services will be considered an advantage.
