Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Marketer (Female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive content strategies across major social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals. You will create, curate, and publish high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Staying up-to-date with social media trends and competitor activities is crucial to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with design and marketing teams to produce engaging visuals and reels that resonate with our audience. Engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages is also part of your responsibility, helping to foster a strong and active online community.
You will be expected to track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve return on investment (ROI). Managing the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and maintaining a cohesive brand voice is essential. Additionally, coordinating with various departments to highlight company milestones, events, and product launches through social media channels will be part of your duties.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field. A minimum of one year of professional experience in social media marketing is required. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and a basic understanding of design principles are essential.
Proficiency with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is necessary. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is expected. Experience working in a corporate or B2B environment will be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of paid social media advertising strategies is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and the ability to generate insightful analytics reports will be beneficial. Basic skills in video editing and reel creation are also preferred.
