Job Summary
Truvel, a rapidly growing truck dispatching company, is looking for motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives to join their onsite team at EME Society near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, Pakistan. This role is focused on expanding Truvel’s client base across the U.S. by promoting and selling dispatching services to owner-operators and small trucking fleets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a solid understanding of the U.S. trucking and logistics industry. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a one-hour break included. The role offers a competitive starting salary with commission, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth in an international market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue new business leads and opportunities within the U.S. trucking industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with independent truck drivers and fleet owners.
- Effectively present and promote Truvel’s dispatching services to potential clients, clearly communicating the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to consistently meet or exceed set sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and address client needs promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive client interactions.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with the U.S. trucking industry, including an understanding of the challenges faced by drivers and fleet owners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms to support daily sales activities.
