Senior React Native Developer (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented React Native Mobile Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create innovative and user-centric solutions. This role demands writing clean, scalable code using modern JavaScript and TypeScript, integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, and ensuring optimal app performance on both iOS and Android devices. Additionally, the developer will engage in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain performant cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define and implement effective solutions that align with user needs.
- Write clean, reusable, and scalable code leveraging modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript standards.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services such as Firebase and Stripe to enhance application functionality.
- Debug and optimize application performance across both iOS and Android platforms to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to junior developers.
- Mentor and support less experienced team members to foster growth and maintain code quality.
- Stay updated with emerging mobile development technologies, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with React Native in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development tools, including state management libraries like Redux and Context API.
- Experience with native modules and bridging techniques between React Native and native Android/iOS codebases.
- Familiarity with app deployment processes on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of version control systems such as Git and experience working within agile development frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Expo, Fastlane, and Firebase platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest and Detox to ensure application reliability and quality.
- Background in native Android development (Java/Kotlin) or iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
- Understanding of security best practices, app performance optimization techniques, and app store compliance requirements.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary starting from Rs 200,000 per month. The role includes opportunities for flexible work arrangements and involves travel, providing exposure to diverse project environments and challenges.
