Job Summary
ABS International is currently seeking a committed Call Center Compliance Auditor to join our team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. This full-time, on-site position operates on the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The role is pivotal in ensuring that our BPO operations adhere strictly to both regulatory requirements and internal company policies. As a Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions to maintain high standards of quality and compliance, thereby safeguarding the company’s reputation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
You will be tasked with monitoring and evaluating more than 100 customer calls each week to verify compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines. This includes ensuring adherence to both local and international BPO compliance standards. Accurate documentation of audit findings is essential, along with providing constructive feedback to call center agents to foster continuous improvement in service quality. Collaboration with Team Leads is crucial to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective measures promptly. Additionally, you will maintain detailed audit logs and prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management review, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 2 years of experience in call center compliance or quality auditing roles. Proficiency in call monitoring tools such as NiceCXone and Calabrio is required to effectively perform audits. A strong understanding of local and international BPO compliance regulations is essential to ensure all operations meet industry standards. The role demands strong analytical skills to identify and resolve compliance issues efficiently. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to clearly document findings and communicate with team members and management.
