Technical IT Recruiter

Job Summary
7 KINGS CODE, a US-based software solutions company serving clients across the USA, Canada, Europe, India, Pakistan, and the Middle East, is looking for a skilled Technical IT Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in technical recruitment within Pakistan’s IT industry, especially in software and technology sectors. The position is full-time and based onsite at DHA Phase 8 - Ex Park View, Lahore. Working hours are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pakistan Time. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Lahore before starting.

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. You will leverage LinkedIn and local job boards to attract and engage qualified talent effectively. Conducting initial HR interviews and coordinating technical assessments with relevant teams will be a core part of your role. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees. Maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process is essential.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. You should have 2 to 4 years of proven experience recruiting IT and non-IT roles within Pakistan’s software and technology industry. Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in English are required to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams. Experience using sourcing tools and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and local job boards is essential. The ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism is critical for success in this role.

Job Location and Schedule
This is an onsite position located at DHA Phase 8 - Ex Park View, Lahore. The working hours are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pakistan Time. Candidates must be willing and able to commute daily or relocate to Lahore prior to joining the company.
