Key Responsibilities
The People & Culture Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance and reflect industry best practices. You will lead initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and building a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture. A key part of your role will be to drive employer branding efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization. You will also oversee internal communications, organize company events, and manage employee recognition programs designed to enhance morale and motivation. Regularly monitoring employee feedback and proactively addressing concerns will be critical to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in HR, people and culture, or employer branding is required. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance standards is essential to succeed in this role.
