Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable faculty member to teach O Levels Urdu, Islamiat, and PST. Key Responsibilities
The faculty member will be responsible for staying well-informed about the O Levels Urdu, Islamiat, and PST syllabi and exam patterns to ensure lessons meet all curriculum standards. Developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans tailored to these requirements is essential. The candidate should use a variety of instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles, ensuring that all students remain engaged and motivated.
Creating and maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere is a priority, fostering an environment where students feel encouraged to participate and excel. For subjects where applicable, conducting practical sessions and demonstrations will help clarify complex concepts, particularly in PST.
Regular evaluation of student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and other assessment tools is required. Providing constructive feedback will help students recognize their strengths and areas for improvement, promoting continuous academic development. Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues is also crucial to keep all stakeholders informed about academic progress and classroom activities.
Collaboration with fellow educators to integrate interdisciplinary concepts into lesson plans will enhance the learning experience and promote a holistic understanding of the subjects.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in Urdu, Islamiat, and PST, is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with students and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to inspire and motivate students toward academic success. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt teaching methods is important. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary beginning at Rs40,000 per month. The expected start date for the role is 14th July 2025. Candidates should be able to commute to Main Saadi Road, where the institution is located.
