Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Floor Manager/Administrator to lead the daily operations of our co-working space in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role requires a hands-on approach to managing facilities, supporting members, and ensuring smooth workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace that encourages productivity and fosters a strong sense of community. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
The Floor Manager/Administrator will oversee the overall functionality and appearance of the workspace, ensuring it remains clean, well-organized, and conducive to productivity at all times. Managing seating arrangements, coordinating meeting room bookings, and optimizing the use of shared facilities are essential to maximize space utilization.
This role involves liaising with external vendors and service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, and IT support teams, to maintain smooth operations. The Floor Manager will also keep office supplies inventory updated and enforce safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for all members.
Serving as the primary point of contact for members, the Floor Manager will promptly address inquiries and resolve concerns, providing exceptional customer service. Facilitating the onboarding process for new members is crucial to ensure a welcoming and seamless integration into the community.
Community engagement is a key focus, with responsibilities including planning and executing events such as workshops, networking sessions, and other activities that promote member interaction and collaboration. Building and nurturing strong relationships with members will help cultivate an inclusive and supportive culture.
Administrative duties include maintaining accurate membership records, processing invoices, tracking payments, and generating monthly reports on occupancy rates, member feedback, and maintenance issues. The Floor Manager will support budgeting and expense tracking efforts in collaboration with the finance team.
Technology management is also part of the role, ensuring optimal performance of Wi-Fi, printers, and audiovisual systems. Providing first-level IT support and coordinating with external providers for escalated technical issues is required.
Finally, the Floor Manager will conduct tours for potential clients and partners, effectively showcasing the workspace’s features and benefits to attract new members.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in operations, facility management, or office administration is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a customer service mindset, are critical for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting skills are also required.
