MERN Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. Key Responsibilities
As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using the MERN technology stack. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and implement new features that meet business requirements. Troubleshooting and debugging issues to optimize application performance will be a key part of your role. Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices is essential. You will actively participate in code reviews and team meetings to uphold code quality and share knowledge. Staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices will help you continuously improve development processes and contribute innovative ideas.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of professional experience working with the MERN stack. A strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) is essential. You should have solid experience with React.js, including familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or the Context API. Backend development skills using Node.js and Express.js are required, along with hands-on experience working with MongoDB and a good understanding of database schema design principles. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services is important. Proficiency in Git and version control workflows is expected. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities are also crucial for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with TypeScript will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus. Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha is desirable. Additionally, experience with Next.js or server-side rendering techniques will be beneficial.
